Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

Supplier-Linked Items
For products shipped directly from our manufacturers or suppliers, returns may be coordinated with them. However, all refunds are processed by Pintram to ensure consistency and accountability.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain personal-use goods (e.g., undergarments, hygiene items) may not be eligible for return.
